CEO – Patrick Bultemapatrick-bultema-pic
Patrick is recognized as an industry and company maker. He has served as an executive, investor, board member, and advisor to tens of venture-financed startups. He was most recently a Venture Partner with vSpring Capital. He was previously CEO of XAware and of FrontRange Solutions, a global CRM software company. He was founder and Executive Chairman of Knowlix, as well as Chairman/General Manager of the Help Desk Institute, then a Ziff-Davis company.

A noted author and speaker, Patrick is recognized as one of leading experts in the customer management industry. He was founding Executive Editor of Customer Support Management Magazine, and has been an industry maker in the CRM space. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree from California State University and a Master’s from Princeton.

Co-Chairs of the Board – Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk

ray-muzyka-picDr. Ray Muzyka is currently Senior Vice President, Electronic Arts and co-founder and Group General Manager, BioWare. Dr. Greg Zeschuk is Vice President, Electronic Arts and co-founder and Group Creative Officer, BioWare. Ray and Greg are Co-Chairs of the Board of Directors for CodeBaby.

CTO – Tony DeLollis
Tony DeLollis is a highly experienced systems architect and product leader with almost 20 years of computing and business experience. Tony is the owner and co-founder of Venti Solutions, a software company that enables small to medium sized businesses to manage distributed computers remotely.

His previous experience includes providing product direction and management of mid-market initiatives for FrontRange Solutions, serving as CTO and early founder of Saligent Software, and designing, creating, and managing a customer centric web application for Premiere Technologies. Earlier in his career, he managed initial software development at USA.Net, and served in development and architecture roles at MCI, BMC Software and Trilogy.

VP of Engineering – Neil Lamoreux
Neil brings more than 15 years experience in software development, architecture and project management to the CodeBaby management team.

Neil led software customization and development teams implementing large scale ERP software, building custom software and implementing customer centric website systems at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (PwC) Management Consulting. Prior to that Neil developed software for the telecommunications industry.
