How To Apply We appreciate all of the resumes we receive and are very happy so many people want to work with us. But, it is a lot of work to review all applications, so we ask you to help us out when you apply:
Use Email: Use email if possible (of course, if you are submitting a reel or art work, this will NOT be possible). We really prefer email for applications, and they are processed more quickly. We have a different e-mail address for each posting using the posting number. For example, to apply for posting AB12-3456, e-mail to

Your name and posting in subject line: When using email, use for the subject: your first & last name, applying for posting xxx. For example: Bruce Wayne, applying for posting CR01-0210
Multiple postings: If you are applying for multiple postings, send a separate e-mail to each posting e-mail address.
State in the cover letter the job you are applying for: Often it is difficult to determine what position an applicant may be applying for. Please place the posting number(s) in a subject line in your cover letter, and please state your intentions in the body of the letter.
Resume: This may seem elementary, but please list all your schooling complete with the starting date, ending date, confirmation of completion of the program, and what certificate you received upon graduation. Include all relevant employment: provide contact information, starting date, finish date, and a reason for leaving.
3D Artwork: At CodeBaby® we prefer you to submit your 3D portfolio on DVD.
2D Artwork: Include photocopies of your 2D samples (please, no originals).
Label your work: This also may seem elementary, but please make sure to label your submission with your name and contact information.
Art Submissions: All art submissions must include a signed Product Submission Agreement (PSA), otherwise we cannot review the material. Print it out, read it carefully, sign it and include it with your submission package. You can send it with your portfolio, or you may fax it to: (780) 439-6374. Send your portfolios to:

Don’t call: Because so many of you apply, please don't call us, as we can’t possibly take all of those calls! All available information about all jobs is posted, and so calling us won't help you. If you don't see a job you are qualified for or are interested in, please check the web site again in the future for new jobs. And, sorry, we cannot respond to all applicants.
