Chief Executive Officer Patrick Bultema Patrick joined CodeBaby in April, 2008 as CEO. Patrick is recognized as an industry and company maker. He has served as an executive, investor, board member, and advisor to tens of venture-financed startups. He was most recently a Venture Partner with vSpring Capital. He was CEO of XAware, and previously CEO of FrontRange Solutions, a global CRM software company. He was founder and Executive Chairman of Knowlix, and was Chairman and General Manager of the Help Desk Institute, then a Ziff-Davis company. A noted author and speaker, Patrick is recognized as one of leading experts in the customer management industry. He was founding Executive Editor of Customer Support Management Magazine, and has been an industry maker in the CRM space. Robert R. Froment - C.A.
Rob joined CodeBaby in March of 2003 as its Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Rob had served as the VP of Finance of MessagingDirect Ltd., an electronic billing software firm, where he was responsible for attracting significant investment to support the company’s product development and the subsequent sale of the company to Transaction Systems Architects Inc. (NASDAQ - TSAI) for US$52 million.
Rob also has a wide range of relevant public practice experience with small and medium enterprises, as well as publicly traded companies across a number of industries. Having assisted these companies with fundraising, business development, divestiture and acquisition, quarterly and annual reporting, investor relations, and secondary offerings, he has considerable experience dealing with Canadian regulators and the SEC in the US. Neil joined CodeBaby in January of 2001 with more than 15 years experience in software development, architecture and project management.
Neil led software customization and development teams implementing large scale ERP software, building custom software and implementing consumer-oriented web site systems at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (PwC) Management Consulting. Armin joined CodeBaby in January of 2006 to lead the company’s growth into the telecommunications sector focusing on the mobile, converging services and IPTV markets.
As a mobile and telecommunications business development executive with 12 years experience in building and growing emerging software technology companies, Armin also successfully exited a leading US mobile content company he founded. He has successfully raised venture capital, led sales teams, developed strategic alliances and has a strong network within mobile operators, triple play carriers and telecommunication solution providers globally. Doug is a seasoned sales executive with 20 years of experience working with emerging technology companies with a demonstrated ability to define markets, build revenue streams, and implement processes that build value and expand revenue.

Dr. Ray Muzyka and Dr. Greg Zeschuk - Dr. Ray Muzyka – General Manager and Vice President of Electronic Arts (former Co-Founder and Co-CEO, BioWare Corp.) and Dr. Greg Zeschuk - General Manager and Vice President of Electronic Arts (former Co-Founder and Co-CEO, BioWare Corp.). In November 2006 BioWare participated in a US$300 million merger with Pandemic Studios to form one of the strongest independent game development companies in the games industry. This transaction was funded by Elevation Partners, a $2 billion U.S. private equity firm created by former executives of Apple Computer, Electronic Arts and a number of venture firms.
