EDMONTON, AB and TORONTO, ON, Canada CodeBaby Corp, a leading developer of web-based virtual agent software, and Operitel, makers of the LearnFlex™ learning management system, have formed a partnership aimed at bringing CodeBaby’s unique virtual agent technology into the e-Learning space for the first time. Announced today at the Knowledge Exchange 2004 conference in Toronto, hosted annually by the Canadian Society for Training and Development (CSTD), the CodeBaby / Operitel partnership will provide an immediate solution for organizations looking for an interactive and more engaging learning management system (LMS).

According to IDC, corporate spending on e-Learning is expected to grow to US $18 billion a year by 2005.Through this partnership agreement Operitel and CodeBaby are able to offer a complete, virtual instructor enabled e-Learning solution to CodeBaby and Operitel customers. Both firms will be able to leverage each others’ customer relationships through this agreement, thus expanding the effective reach of their sales efforts.
