CodeBaby Expands First Rate Management Team.

EDMONTON, AB, Canada

CodeBaby Corp., a leading developer of Intelligent Agent software, today announced that it has added Douglas R. Johnson to its senior executive team as Director of Marketing. Mr. Johnson comes to CodeBaby from Strydent Software Inc., a company that specializes in consumer and OEM software development, where he served as Director of Marketing. Doug oversaw all aspects of marketing and product management for the company’s consumer and enterprise product line.

Mr. Johnson will plan and coordinate CodeBaby’s development, marketing, and communication efforts. While working to aggressively expand CodeBaby’s market share, Doug will manage the delivery and distribution of CodeBaby products. As well, he will plan future enhancements and product extensions.

While working for Strydent Software Inc., Doug played a key role in defining the company’s direction, successfully initiating several new products. Doug’s expertise in successfully taking a product from inception to post-launch will serve CodeBaby well.
